Payment options:

PayPal

Do not send your payment before you have sent me all of the information requested below (in the section "To place an order") and I have replied with an itemized total including your exact shipping rate.  If you send a payment in error, PayPal's per-transaction fee is not refundable.

I will ship to the "Shipping address" shown on your transaction.  So make sure that is current and accurate!  If the address on your PayPal account is not up to date and you're using PayPal's mobile app, you may need to log on via their web interface to fix that first.

Money Order

In U.S. funds, drawn on a U.S. bank.  Tips on getting money orders in the US.  If you're obtaining one outside the U.S., it must include a U.S. bank's routing number and be in US dollars (ask your bank before purchasing).

Sorry, but I do not accept personal checks or bank transfers.

Credit Card

If you don't have a PayPal account, you can still use my shopping cart to pay by credit card, without having to create a PayPal account.  NEVER send any of your credit card information via e-mail!

Priority Mail to US addresses includes free delivery confirmation and $50 insurance.  For larger orders, price is slightly higher for the additional insurance (mandatory).

All shipments within the USA include tracking and insurance.

The above methods are with no signature required, although a carrier can sometimes decide on their own to leave a pickup notice when a parcel is insured or too large for your mailbox.  Insurance coverage does not apply if the parcel is stolen after delivery.  So if there is any risk of theft, ask about requiring signature (may cost extra) or "hold for pickup" (free).

To place an order:

1. Your car's model-year (not always same as year built!)
2. Car model
3. Model # printed on front of head unit originally fitted in your car.  REQUIRED!
4. Brief description of what you wish to install.
5. Quantities and Types of harnesses/adapters you wish to order.
6. Preferred shipping method.
7. Your FULL address (including ZIP or postal code).
8. Phone number.
9. Payment method — PayPal or money order.
10. Please let me know how you first heard about me.
11. Your username on Subaru/Nissan/Toyota/etc. forums.

#3 REQUIRED for all inquiries!  This is the factory head unit that Subaru (or whichever automaker) originally fitted in your car.  Look for the short model number printed on the front of the HU — most Subaru factory HUs have this, usually in an upper or lower corner, just below the display, or on the cassette door.  The exceptions are OEM Kenwood & TomTom navigation, McIntosh, and some older models.  Don't skip this!  This tells me more about your factory harnesses & wiring than just your car model/year.

#4 Examples: "Replace factory CM631UD with Pioneer AVIC-8200NEX & retain factory USB socket", or "Retain factory FA601US, add amp & subwoofer", or "Replace factory CZ624U1 with 2011 Forester CP635U1 and add rear camera".  Also say if your car has an OEM amplifier (harman/kardon, McIntosh, etc.), OEM rear camera, etc.

#8 Phone required for shipments via USPS Express Mail, UPS, or FedEx, in case carrier needs to contact you while attempting delivery.  Recommended for shipments to countries outside the USA.

#11 Especially if you also talked to me in posts or contacted me via private message, so I won't waste time replying twice.

For shipping quotes, I'll need at least your state and ZIP code (if in USA) or country (outside USA).  I'll be happy to quote shipping prices and transit times for more than one method so you can decide.

I will reply with an itemized total, along with payment instructions.

Orders for off-the-shelf items are usually shipped the same or next business day after receipt of payment.  After your order ships, you'll receive an e-mail with the tracking or delivery confirmation number (if applicable).

Cancellation Policy:

If I cannot ship your order within five business days after receiving your payment, I will notify you by e-mail and ask whether you wish to wait or cancel your order.

You may change or cancel your order up until the time I prepare to ship your order.  Change or cancellation request must be sent via e-mail.  If your change results in a lower price, I will refund the difference.  If the price is higher, I will contact you to arrange for payment of the additional amount before I ship your order.

Return Policy:

All sales are final.  Please be sure you understand which type of harness(es) you need.  Most of them require that you solder or crimp wires to complete your installation.  I'll be happy to answer any questions before or after your purchase.

In the event that merchandise is lost or damaged during shipping, I will file a claim with the carrier and send you a replacement when the carrier pays the claim (insured shipments, only).  Buyer must cooperate with any requests from carrier (for example, providing a written and signed statement, and/or handing over damaged item and package).  Note that insurance does not cover parcels that are stolen after being delivered.  If there is any risk of theft at your address, you should specify that the parcel require your signature (extra fee required), or be held for pickup (usually free from USPS).
